This Privacy Policy explains how ScopeMigo ("ScopeMigo," "we," "us") handles information on scopemigo.com, including when you join our early-access list. ScopeMigo is preparing for launch; this policy covers this website only, not a future app.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect:
- Your name and email address.
- Your phone number, only if you choose to share it (it is optional).
- Your professional category (for example, real estate investor or general contractor).
- Your primary property focus, if you choose to share it.
- Your preferred language (English or Spanish), based on the page you used.
- Your consent choice, the wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
- The date and time you signed up.
- How you found us, when available: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as
utm_source), the website that referred you, and the page you signed up on.
We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not include it in the form.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our server receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. We use the IP address briefly to prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated sign-up attempts). We do not store it with your sign-up. This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics services, or cookies.
How we use your information
- To email you about ScopeMigo early access and launch news, because you asked us to.
- If you share a phone number: to contact you personally about your early-access sign-up, for example to answer a question or schedule a conversation.
- To understand who is interested in ScopeMigo, so we can build the right product.
- To keep the website and the sign-up form secure.
We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your personal information. Sharing a phone number does not sign you up for text messages: we will not send you marketing texts or make automated or prerecorded calls unless you separately and expressly agree to them.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run ScopeMigo, and only as needed:
- Hosting: our website and sign-up list are hosted on servers in the United States (Hetzner Online).
- Email delivery: when we email you, we may use an email delivery service (for example, Amazon Web Services).
We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up while ScopeMigo is preparing for and launching to early-access members, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. We review the list regularly and delete information we no longer need.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email us at info@roiforpros.com and we will help, including removing just your phone number.
How we protect it
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on encrypted storage that only authorized team members can access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
ScopeMigo is built for real estate and construction professionals. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy, we will update the date below and post the new version on this page.
